So many of us struggle to find a true calling; a career that fulfills and inspires and satisfies. We work hard to get educated, to build up our skills, to market ourselves and climb the ladder, yet can only grasp at the meaning and purpose of it all. I have grappled with this my entire working life and only recently understood lessons that I learned a long time ago in far more horrible circumstances. Sometimes it isn't about finding your passion, but becoming passionate about what you do.
