Tim Grahl

Experimenting with Personal Disciplines

We all have thought patterns and habits in our life that work against us. Whether it's procrastinating all day on Digg or something more serious, the popular wisdom for how to bring change is useless. Over the past several years through research and personal struggles, I've developed some guidelines on how to bring about real, lasting change. My talk will outline the basic principles on how you can stop trying so hard to be a better person and, instead, put yourself in a place where it happens naturally.
