Managing Without Decisions

Managing -- and doing it correctly -- is hard. That's why, if you're like me and have worked a whole slew of jobs over the years, you've probably ran into more bad managers than good ones (mediocre ones we'll let slide for now). After thinking about it for awhile (and based on my own experiences as a manager), I am starting to believe that one of the main reasons why managers end up being bad managers is that they make too many decisions.
