Hi, I'm Overweight And So Are You. Let's Help Each Other.
About three months ago, I had an epiphany. I'm overweight and out of shape. I needed to do something about it. With the help of a couple of great tools and my amazing friends/community, I've been able to take myself to a place I didn't think possible. I feel far far healthier then I was before.
Here in Washington, DC, some of the smartest people in the world have converged on this city to better understand the current health crisis that we're amidst right now and look at a variety of ways to help solve it.
Rather then leaving all the problem solving to bureaucrats, I think we as innovators and creative minds can harness the technology, like mobile or the Social Web, and change society to better help each other to tackle this issue of health and potentially many others.
