Everyone Knows Their Times Tables

Teaching Mathematics at a community college, I see many students struggle in classes because they do not know their times tables. Not knowing the basic mathematics facts not only hinders their class performance, but also their logical thinking and problem solving skills. I envision a world where everyone knows their time tables, thus exercising the creativity to develop solutions for real-world issues .
