How the DC Bag Tax Changed My Life
When the District implemented the 5ยข bag tax on January 1, I was less than thrilled. One more thing I need to remember when I walk to Harris Teeter. But I've had an epiphany! The bag tax has changed me. I look at things differently. How can I bring sustainability to the rest of my life? I know, I know, everyone tells you to "go green" and the topic has reached its saturation point. But I like to think of it as looking at life and the way you're living, differently.
