You wouldn’t think a hug needed deconstructing, but it does.
Have you been hugged by another adult lately? Atrocious.
Something happened between when we hugged indiscriminately as children, and the half-hearted, one-armed, you-call-that-a-hug we give and get today.
Come on people! Wrap your arms around another person and squeeze. Hug like you mean it, already.
