Learn how technology and the creative use of cheap resources will lower the incidents of public street harassment, sexual assault and rape, and make the streets safe for women and LGBTQ folk.

Paula Shapiro is the President of the Board of Directors of Collective Action for Safe Spaces (CASS), formerly Holla Back DC! CASS is a volunteer-run, grassroots organization that aims to empower the DC Metro area to build a community free from public sexual harassment and assault. Paula is an activist, attorney, and advocate in the DC area committed to making our streets safer for everyone.
