Cats build better online communities than your company
More and more companies are seeking to build online communities around their products during the fallout of implementing self-proclaimed social media gurus; however, many of them are still using outdated tools and poor strategies. One thing for certain is that a picture of a cute kitten could provide more engagement than most company communities.
I would like to identify the difference between what a successful online community looks like, and those that will fall behind based on research, experience, and listening to community members.
