What Your Overused Catchphrase/Buzzword Says About You

As the information age has exploded, so has the use of tired, worn-out catchphrases and buzzwords. They show up virtually everywhere, from casual conversation to social media to the worlds of business, politics, and sports. Folks often use them because either they can't find their own vocabulary of expression or what to cover up their lack of understanding of specific ideas. This talk will examine some of our most overused terms and what people think they mean vs. what they really mean and what their use says about the person forcing them upon us. All in entertaining fashion, we hope.
