Millions of people are online, many of them active on social networking sites, forums and blogs, or chatting via text or instant message. That's wonderful. But getting online is easy - knowing how to interacting without being an asshole is not.

In this presentation you'll learn why passionate debate and spirited dissent are what make the Web work, but shutting others down with threats or attacks is lame.
