Ignite DC #6
If you had five minutes on stage, what would you say to Washington, DC? What if you only had 20 slides and they rotated automatically every 15 seconds? On Thursday, February at 6 pm, 16 artists, technologists, entrepreneurs, and philosophers will answer this challenge at Ignite DC #6 -- with a focus on visions of the future. The event will be held at the techno-modern, funky, plush nightclub Town Danceboutique. It's a block from the 930 club and close to the U St metro. Tickets are not free as space is limited and we want the maximum number of people to enjoy some of the most passionate and interesting people in DC. But your money is not going to the organizers--it's just covering a drink and a snack for you. Last time we sold out the 345 spots, so again we want to make sure we can fill the venue with confirmed spots (and cover our costs, yikes!). So, get in now while there's room. There will also be plenty of time to get to know other professionals, enjoy some fine libations or a bite, and really just enjoy the creative, world-changing ideas that are percolating in the nation's capital.
