How to Outgrow Pain and Problems
When we experience pain or some problem, normally, we look for a way to treat, fix, solve, cure, or relieve it. I’ve been exploring a different paradigm, based on the way very young children learn to walk and talk and make sense of the world. As very young children learn to walk, they leave crawling behind. They outgrow crawling. That natural whole-person learning process continues throughout our lives, it seems to me, affecting all that we do, all that we are. My idea is that we adults can apply a similar learning process to outgrow back pain, asthma, arthritis, depression, and many other problems. Moreover, I’m confident that this new paradigm will prove to be more powerful and effective than conventional approaches, with huge economic advantages.
