Why Are We Doing This? A Facebook Story

Why we share the minutiae the minutiae of our lives on Facebook? Why do we need to say that that we ate too many cookies or that or that our morning workout was awesome or that we're going to bed even though there are dishes in the sink?

I don't know. On the night of March 1, 2010, I freaked out about it on Facebook. This is that story.
